Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. Please review our cancellation terms carefully.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Cancellation requests submitted within this period are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

After the 24-hour window, orders enter production. Because our products are made-to-order, cancellations, changes, or modifications are no longer possible once production has begun.

Shipping address updates may be requested before the order has shipped. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate address corrections, we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment processing has started.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Iron Covenant reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that fall outside the stated time frame.
