At Iron Covenant, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our items are made-to-order, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact Us First

Email support@ironcovenant.shop with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Authorization

If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Ship the Item

Securely package the item and ship it according to the instructions provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for the item until it is received by us.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@ironcovenant.shop within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
