A: Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment partners.
Q: What is your order cut-off time?
A: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Q: How long does processing and shipping take?
United States Orders:

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Customers must contact support@ironcovenant.shop before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

A: No, we do not charge restocking fees.
Q: How are refunds processed?
A: Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
